Returns & Warranty

We stand behind every part we make. This page explains your statutory legal guarantee, our warranty, and how to return a faulty or incorrect item. If you simply changed your mind, please see our separate Right of Withdrawal page.

Change of mind (14-day withdrawal)

If you are a consumer and simply changed your mind, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible stock products. The full conditions, the model form, and the exceptions (including custom and made-to-order 3D prints, which are not eligible) are set out on our Right of Withdrawal page.

Statutory legal guarantee (2 years)

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under EU law: for two (2) years from delivery the goods must match the contract. If a lack of conformity that existed at delivery appears within this period, you are entitled to have the goods brought into conformity — normally repair or replacement, and, where applicable, a price reduction or refund. This applies regardless of any commercial warranty and at no cost to you.

Commercial warranty

In addition to your statutory rights, many functional parts carry a commercial warranty of 12 to 24 months against defects in material and manufacturing, as stated on the product. If a part fails under normal, intended use within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, unsuitable installation, or use outside the product's stated specifications.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the problem and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping for faulty items. Photos help us resolve it faster.

How to start a return or claim

Email info@3dprintup.eu with your order number and a short description (and photos for faults). We will confirm the return address and guide you through the process. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
