Right of Withdrawal

Last updated: July 2026

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as amended) gives you the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason — except for the goods listed under “Exceptions” below. This notice explains how it works.

1. Who has this right

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers — natural persons buying for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. It does not apply to business (B2B) purchases.

2. Withdrawal period

You have 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you name, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

If you ordered several goods in one order delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your withdrawal communication before the 14-day period expires.

3. How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us — 3Dprintup SIA, Rūpniecības iela 3, Liepāja, LV-3401, Latvia, email info@3dprintup.eu — of your decision by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Please include your order number so we can identify the order quickly. The burden of proof that you exercised the right of withdrawal in time is on you.

4. Model withdrawal form

(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

— To 3Dprintup SIA, Rūpniecības iela 3, Liepāja, LV-3401, Latvia, info@3dprintup.eu:

— I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods: ______________________________

— Ordered on / received on: ______________________________

— Name of consumer(s): ______________________________

— Address of consumer(s): ______________________________

— Order number: ______________________________

— Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper): ______________________________

— Date: ______________________________

5. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (but not any extra cost arising from your choice of a more expensive delivery type), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

6. Returning the goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

7. Exceptions — when there is no right of withdrawal

Under Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, in particular:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — this includes custom and made-to-order 3D prints produced from your files, measurements, or chosen configuration. Because we start manufacturing these specifically for you, they cannot be returned for a change of mind.

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

• Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

These exceptions do not affect your rights if the goods are faulty or not as described — see our Returns & Warranty page.

8. Faulty or incorrect goods

The right of withdrawal is separate from your rights when something is wrong with the goods. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, your statutory legal guarantee applies regardless of the 14-day period — please see Returns & Warranty and contact us at info@3dprintup.eu.
